Why Furniture and Renovations
Do Not Mix

Contractors work more efficiently in clear spaces. Without furniture to work around, flooring can be installed in a single pass, walls can be painted without masking every piece of furniture, and tradespeople can move through the space without risk of damaging your belongings. The renovation goes faster, costs less in labor time, and produces a cleaner result.

Furniture and finishes left in active renovation areas accumulate dust, overspray, debris, and damage from tools and equipment moving through the space. Items covered with plastic sheeting still collect dust in every joint and crevice. Upholstered furniture absorbs construction odors and particulates that are difficult to remove. Wood finishes get scratched from incidental contact with materials and equipment. The cost of repairing or cleaning furniture damaged during a renovation often exceeds what proper storage would have cost.

We remove your furniture and belongings before the renovation begins, store everything in our climate-controlled facility during the project, and return items once the work is complete and the space is ready. The return delivery is coordinated to fit your renovation completion timeline so you are not waiting on us and we are not waiting on your contractors.

Simple Logistics, Real Protection

Renovation storage does not have to be complicated. You tell us what needs to move, we schedule a pickup, protect your items properly for storage, and bring them back when you are ready. We handle the physical work. You focus on the renovation.

Our climate-controlled facility is the right environment for furniture during Arizona’s renovation season. Temperature fluctuations between construction phases, open windows and doors, and HVAC systems that may be offline during renovation create conditions that can damage wood, upholstery, and finishes. Climate-controlled storage eliminates that risk.

  • Furniture removal before the renovation begins
  • Up to 60 days of free climate-controlled storage for the duration of the project
  • Scheduled return delivery once the renovation is complete
  • Professional handling to protect items during removal and return
  • Flexible storage duration to fit your project timeline

How We Handle Renovation Moving and Storage

Our renovation storage process is designed to fit your project schedule on both ends. Pickup is coordinated before your contractors start work, and return delivery is scheduled around your renovation completion date so the timing works for everyone involved.

We begin with a review of the items to be stored. Your estimator assesses the volume, identifies any specialty items requiring additional care, and provides a written estimate for pickup, storage, and return delivery. The estimate is provided in advance so you can factor storage costs into your renovation budget.

Removal Before the Renovation

On pickup day, our crew removes furniture and belongings from the areas being renovated. Items are wrapped and protected before being carried through the home to prevent damage to newly prepared surfaces or existing finishes in non-renovation areas. Everything is loaded, inventoried, and transported to our facility.

At the facility, items are checked in against the inventory and placed in climate-controlled storage. Furniture is kept off the floor and properly supported. Items are stored with appropriate spacing to prevent contact damage. You receive an inventory list so you know exactly what is in storage.

Return Delivery After Completion

When your renovation is complete and the space is ready to receive furniture, contact us to schedule return delivery. We confirm the delivery date and time, load your items in reverse order from how they were removed, and deliver to your home within the scheduled window.

Our delivery crew places furniture back in your space according to your direction. If the renovation has changed the layout of the space, we work with your preferences for the new arrangement. All furniture pads and wrapping materials are removed and taken with us before we leave.
