All interstate deliveries are performed with a large tractor-trailer (approx. 72 ft from nose to tail). Is there access for a 72 ft tractor-trailer truck to your door, for safe and direct delivery?

If this is your request to change your initial delivery date request on file, please note that your request may not be able to be honored as we must follow your Bill of Lading delivery date or your initial request submitted. Call 602-344-9988 ext. 4 to discuss your options. By signing below, I acknowledge that I read and was advised delivery may take one (1) to twenty eight (28) business days, or based on my original order agreement, from the first date I can accept delivery notated above. For all shipments (including shipments existing Lifetime’s warehouse) a 7 Business Day (BD) notice is required when requesting delivery. If request is made without a 7 BD notice, 7 BD will be added to your delivery spread. I understand that the first date that I am available to accept my shipment is not a guaranteed delivery date. I understand that expedited transit time is not guaranteed unless this option was purchased at the time of booking my order. Lifetime Moving & Storage will charge (if applicable): Change Destination fee of $250 plus shipping difference fee to new location. Payment IN FULL of all charges is required PRIOR to unloading in the form of the following: Postal Money Order or Cash. (we do not accept credit card at delivery).
