How We Work
Design Review and Coordination
We begin with a review of the property and a conversation with your agent or design team. A staging direction is developed based on the property’s architecture, price point, and target buyer. Inventory is selected from our warehouse to match that direction.
Installation and Execution
Our installation crew arrives with all pieces loaded in placement sequence. Property protection is set up before anything enters the home. Furniture is placed, styled, and refined until the space reflects the design intent. All packaging is removed from the property before we leave.
De-Installation and Reset
When the staging period ends, we coordinate removal at a time that works with the transaction. The property is returned to a clean, cleared condition and all inventory is returned to our warehouse for the next project.
