We offer both options. We can work with your existing staging inventory and handle logistics only, or we can assist with furniture rental coordination through our staging division, Beacons, for a complete solution.

The Logistics Behind a Successful Staging
A staged home sells faster and for more money than an unstaged one. The furniture choices get the attention, but the logistics make or break whether the staging actually happens on schedule and within budget. Delays in delivery, damaged pieces, or disorganized installations cost time and money and reflect on everyone involved in the transaction.
Our staging logistics service handles the operational side of your staging project. We coordinate the delivery and setup of rental furniture for vacant properties, manage the scheduling of installation and removal, and provide the warehouse infrastructure to store staging inventory between uses. Whether you are a staging company managing multiple active projects or a real estate agent coordinating a one-time installation, we have the capacity and processes to support you.
Every staging installation is scheduled around the property’s timeline. We work with your agent, your stager, and any other parties involved to confirm access, coordinate timing, and complete the installation within the window you need. Removal is coordinated as soon as the home goes under contract or when the staging period ends.
A Partner Who Takes the Operations Off Your Plate
Staging professionals who manage their own furniture inventory spend significant time and resources on warehousing, maintenance, and logistics coordination. Partnering with Lifetime Moving & Storage for the logistics side of your operation lets you focus on the design and client work while we handle the operational details.
Our climate-controlled warehouse provides proper storage for staging furniture between uses, protecting pieces from the temperature extremes that can damage upholstery, wood finishes, and materials over time. Our delivery team installs pieces professionally and handles them with care.

How We Handle Staging Logistics
Our staging logistics process is built around the timeline and requirements of the real estate transaction. Every project is scheduled, coordinated, and executed with the property’s market readiness as the primary goal.
We begin by reviewing your project requirements including the property address, installation date, access details, furniture pieces to be installed, and the staging period. A crew is assigned and briefed on the specific installation. Our warehouse team prepares the pieces and loads the truck in installation sequence so the setup at the property is organized and efficient.
Installation Day
Our installation crew arrives within the confirmed window and works efficiently to complete the setup according to your floor plan or direction. Furniture is placed with care for floors, walls, and finishes throughout the property. All packaging materials are removed from the property before the crew leaves. A final walkthrough confirms everything is in place and the property is ready for photography or showings.
If any piece arrives at the installation showing damage from the warehouse or transport, it is flagged immediately and we coordinate a replacement before photography is scheduled.
Removal and Return
When the staging period ends, we schedule removal at a time that works with the real estate transaction. Our crew removes all rental pieces, loads them properly for transport back to the warehouse, and restores the property to its pre-staging condition. Pieces are inspected upon return to the warehouse and any wear or damage is noted.
