Sun Lakes has five country club communities under three HOAs, and their gate and parking rules shape the move day.

Delivery Days and Gate Notice

Sun Lakes Country Club HOA rules allow moving vans Monday through Saturday, and a Sunday or holiday move has to be arranged with the gate attendant. Residents tell the gate about deliveries in advance, so we send you the truck details to pass along.

Trailer and Parking Limits

Commercial trailers may stay only while the move is underway, never overnight, and no vehicles may sit on the street from midnight to 6 a.m. We schedule loading so the truck is gone the same day.

Paperwork After You Arrive

New Sun Lakes Country Club occupants file a Resident Information Form within five working days, and every occupant files an age-verification form for the 55+ rule. Add both to your move-week list.
