Interstate Move Booking Checklist

Moving From Fields:

*Field with “*” required an associated fee

In “Entry Form” Screen
⬈Full Name of ALL parties involved in the move, including who is going to be at pick up and who pays
*NOTE! A rep over 18 years old needs to be on site at P.U to sign shipping paperwork and pay balance due!
⬈Full pick up address
⬈Level - if 2nd or more - has Elevator? Stairs?
⬈Phone #, Secondary phone #
⬈Email address - check spelling
⬈Pick up date - confirm correct


In “Inventory” List Screen
⬈Manually entered items - must include the three dimensions to justify the weight given (W’xH’xL”x7)
⬈Is the job less than 2000 lbs? Add “adj to min” as item and weight missing to bring order to 2000 lbs.

In “Extra Stop  Notes” box
⬈Add directions to driver
⬈Add customer expectations
⬈Add other needed notes for the crew

Moving To Fields:

⬈Customer HAS FADD? Enter Delivery Spread Dates - use the Business Days Calculator app (if expedited - add fee*)


In “Charges” Screen - in “Other Services” tab
⬈Add Bulky items fee, if any*
⬈Add selected Delivery spread, per miles (Standard or Expedite* or Extra Expedite less than 7 days from FADD*)
⬈Access to 53-72’ trailer truck? No? - Add Shuttle fee*
⬈Stairs - more than 14? Add Stairs fee*
⬈Elevator? Add Elevator fee*
⬈Customer selected Expedite or Extra Expedite delivery? Add fee, per miles*
⬈Customer doesn’t have FADD? Enter Storage*
⬈Add Packing selected (Bronze/Silver*/Gold*/Platinum*)

In “Packing Materials” tab
⬈Add Mandatory Packing items*
AND/OR
⬈Al la Carte Packing*
OR
⬈Packing package (silver*/gold*/platinum*) in “charges screen”

In “Directions/Operations Details” box
⬈Add needed internal notes for the OPS team
In “Discount from Linehaul” tab
⬈Add Discounts as of today. Advise that not locked in, unless order is booked!

In “Representative Remarks” tab
⬈Add your CRM notes

*Advise Customer - that they can make changes to order or cancel up to 2 BD at 2PM, before their move date. Deposit is refundable w/2BD before pu w/written cancellation request to csr@lifetimemoving.com. Last minute add ons can be made at pick up w/driver for a revised estimate (cannot remove items at pu for discount, can only add on for extra fee). All booked orders must pass QA.

To book you need:
⬈Customer to E-sign Estimate
OR
⬈Customer to reply to estimate email with “I agree to terms and conditions of this order for service”
⬈Deposit - AZ pick up - 10% deposit
                  - Non AZ pick up - 30% deposit
⬈Email for order QA to anna@lifetimemoving.com with subject: “Booked - order #, From, To, Pick up Date, Standard/Expedite delivery”.
*Do not include text in body of the message*
