Your Lifetime Moving & Storage consultant will provide you with helpful advise and moving tips.
Tip: When doing your survey, tell your sales consultant about any and all items you will be moving and if you need help with packing or storage in transit. We offer up to 90 days free storage, to help you with your transition from one home/office to another.
#2 - Purchase Moving Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing full coverage insurance for your goods. There are many insurance companies that provide moving insurance, and for your convenience we have listed below an insurance company that offers competitive rates and dependable service: www.movinginsurance.com
#3 - Pack and Load
Your Lifetime packing and moving team will arrive on your move date to begin packing and loading. The crew lead will inventory your belongings that need to be moved and provide you with an inventory and contract forms that you must sign. Once signed, the loading process begins.
Tip: When packing, separate items according to who will be transporting them: Lifetime or you. This will prevent any confusion during loading.
The crew lead will let you know when to expect your shipment delivery based upon your window of delivery. You will receive a phone call before your delivery. Make sure you provide your crew lead with your contact information.

# 3 - Delivery and Payments
Please be at your residence to meet the delivery driver. Waiting time charges could occur if you fail to arrive within the time period given.
Pay your delivery driver at your new home by cash, postal money order only. If you wish to use a credit card, please arrange for this before the pick up.
# 4 - Unload and Unpack
After your belongings are unloaded, the driver will request your signature on all delivery documents. If anything has been lost or damaged, please note these items on the inventory form before you sign.
Tip: Our drivers are required to assemble bed frames, if these were disassebmled by us at pick up, and unpack mattress cartons to setup all beds. Please contact your consultant if you need additional services.
